In Corporate Risk Management, we provide an integrated risk management strategy that supports the delivery of predictable financial and operational performance in order to produce successful client and shareholder outcomes. We are organized around six primary functions: Bank Risk, Enterprise Risk, Information Security Risk, Market and Investment Risk, Model Risk and Operational Risk. Within each of these areas, we develop a framework for how much risk we are willing to accept as a firm and establish processes for identifying, evaluating, measuring, monitoring and reporting against that framework.The Business Continuity team assists departments with identifying their exposure to internal and external threats and to implement sound strategies that provide effective prevention and recovery for the organization, while maintaining competitive advantage and value system integrity.
In the Sr. Specialist, Business Continuity role, you will work with the Business Continuity and Incident Management team to support the Policy and Program Management office. This includes supporting the monthly, quarterly and annual reporting, providing a tactical focus on project management, updating and maintaining Policy and SOP documents, manage the organizational change management process and ensuring that all procedural and reporting changes are implemented successfully. You will also support budget monitoring and reporting; and support the senior management team with operational duties for calendar monitoring.
What you’ll do:
Support and help design business continuity projects around data reporting and metrics creation.
Provide guidance and ownership in the creation of dashboards, data mining reports, reporting templates, calendar tracking and the supporting documentation for procedures.
Create, track and distribute management and operational reports.
Assist in Business Continuity projects and deliverables as required (operational and tactical).
Assist in creating presentations for BCIM Management.
Provide support for the quarterly and annual review and update of the Policy and supporting SOP.
Coordinate BCIM Management Team and other management logistics.
Assist the BCIM Management team with all aspects of data collection and the creation of action plans in response to all phases of the Internal Audit process.
What you have:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
Knowledge of data mining practices, data relationships and analytical skills
Proficiency in Excel (ability to perform pivot tables, v look-ups, etc.)
Proficiency in PowerPoint
Experience creating dashboards and providing data and metrics reporting preferred.
Tableau knowledge is preferred.
Project planning, business process mapping, etc.,
Certification preferred but not required.
1-3 years of Business Continuity or related experience (physical security, data reporting, project management, etc.)
