Client Service & Support (CS&S) is the primary service and trading arm for Schwab Investor Services. CS&S provides service to our retail clients to fulfill our purpose of championing every client’s goals with passion and integrity. The vision for CS&S is being engaged financial service professionals who inspire client loyalty by providing guidance and solutions to fulfill clients' needs. With a focus on employee development and collaboration, we help clients and employees reach their goals. CS&S builds loyalty with clients and employees one interaction at a time.

What you’ll do:
As the Employee Loyalty Senior Manager and Project Manager, you will
Use your talents and experience to develop and manage programs and inspire and develop your team to enhance experiences that enable a stable and diverse workplace
Partner with Human Resources and Talent Acquisition to increase diversity in who we hire and help define solutions to attract new talent through flexible schedules, compensation, and benefits
Support program development and act in a liaison role with CS&S Leadership to help retain employees through mentor programs, career development education and successful adoption of career plans
Maintain retention tracking for both <1 year and overall voluntary external attrition
Partner with TA and HR to define and analyze retention and diversity
Partner with leaders in our local centers to establish consistent and impactful experiences for professionals
Support evolution of future Employee Loyalty programs
What you have:
5+ years with direct program management experience
2+ years people management experience
Analytic and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail
An outstanding record of partnership across organizational lines
Demonstrated ability to work effectively on a fast paced and dynamic team with ability to quickly organize and manage multiple priorities.
Excellent interpersonal skills, including expert presentation and communication skills –both written and oral
Collaborative team player with examples of establishing and developing effective relationships with internal and external business partners
Also able to be self-directed; happy working independently for long stretches at a time
Demonstrated ability to engage others to reach desired future state of the business
Expertise in finding creative and innovative solutions to day-to-day challenges and implementing them
Strong client service focus and solid understanding of CS&S service model, along with a network of contacts across Investor Services and Human Resources
High proficiency with PowerPoint is a must (plan to share samples of recent presentations)
Proficiency in Word and Excel
Desired: experience with MS SharePoint
