What you’ll do:

The Sr. Specialist will be an integral part of a group responsible for Mutual Fund Transfers on behalf of our 20+ Clearing Correspondent Firms. This individual will possess strong technical skills used to lead projects, and will work in collaboration with the Team Lead and Team Manager. The Sr. Specialist will act as a subject matter expert within the Team, and provide exceptional customer service to our Clients and with internal and external business partners. Additional responsibilities include:

  • Researching and resolving escalations from Fund Partners and Clearing Clients.

  • Managing new efforts for process improvements and enhancements.

  • Support team members in their day-to-day workloads and their overall development .

  • Support team lead, direct manager, and upper management, with workflow and project requests.

What you have:

Required Skills:

  • Ability to stand out within the Team as a subject matter expert, and can act as a role model

  • Proven experience collaborating across business units

  • Ability to improve productivity through suggestion and implementation of process improvements and/or system enhancements

  • Act as a technical project lead when required

  • Previous experience supporting clients with sound customer service skills and judgement

Preferred Skills:

  • 3 years of back office/operations financial industry experience is required

  • Series 7 & 63 is required

  • BA or BS preferred

  • Project management experience highly preferred

  • Experience with writing technical/business requirements is preferred
