Our Opportunity:

The HR Integration and Planning Office delivers business value through efficient, disciplined and predictable project execution of effective solutions to business problems and opportunities. This Team is primarily responsible for all operational activities and project management support for the various HR Functions. Chosen candidate will lead a variety of projects, including launching new learning products and programs, operational efficiency improvements, process reengineering, and infrastructure upgrades and deployments.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead and/or support large-scale, complex projects often involving multiple internal and external constituents and partners

  • Utilizing project management industry best practices, deliver value to the HR organization by directly managing all aspects of the project life cycle for HR initiatives, including: defining, planning, orchestrating, and delivering business, operational, product, program and information technology deliverables

  • Leverage organization defined standardized tools and resources to support project delivery

  • Provide on-going communication to stakeholders regarding project expectations, document lessons learned

  • Using a consultative and strategic partner approach, ensure delivery of HR initiatives while keeping optimal pace of the project, providing transparency and communication with project stakeholders, mitigating risk, and dealing with issues that arise while also maintaining the budget

  • Facilitates consensus on the business need, quantifiable business benefit, anticipated cost and timeline, stakeholder commitment, and success criteria

  • Provide cost assumptions, and on-going reconciliation of resources and other related project expenditures

  • Define and track project milestones while developing, maintaining, and reporting on an overall integrated delivery plan

  • Keep track of new change requests; analyze impacts to scope, schedule, and project costs if applicable. Monitor and track project risks, analyze impacts and work with project team to develop risk mitigation plans

  • Ability to effectively communicate with clarity and precision, both written and verbally with project stakeholders and business partners

  • Works with business partner to elicit and document requirements as needed

  • Helps business stakeholders envision the future and how their work will need to change to support the future

  • Fully understands the business need, opportunity, or issue for assigned projects and how the solution aligns to stakeholder and organizational objective

  • Employs multiple strategies for unit, system, and user acceptance testing, develops test plans and leads execution while tracking issues to resolution

What you have:

  • 5-7 years project management experience

  • 2+ years of business analysis experience

  • Extensive knowledge and expertise in the use of project management tools supporting the organization’s defined Project Management methodology.

  • Experience, managing multiple large, complex and cross functional projects, with emphasis on program delivery, business process implementation, product and program development, systems, and technical environments.

  • Proven ability to quickly earn the trust of sponsors and key stakeholders.

  • Ability to mobilize project constituencies, set direction and approach, resolve conflict.

  • Sound HR, business and technical acumen.
