Our Opportunity:

Model Risk Management is a strategic function within the broader Corporate Risk Management umbrella that utilizes a broad spectrum of models to create innovative products for our clients, and to prudently manage our financial risk using sophisticated quantitative approaches. The Model Risk Management team plays a key role in identifying, reviewing, and monitoring all the models at the company.

As a Senior Lead Software Engineer, you will lead the Research and Development unit within a dynamic and innovative team that develops an innovative metadata management system with data visualization and graph analysis.

What you’ll do:

  • Provide technical leadership and champion best practices in software development using object oriented design,

  • Lead development of solutions to analyze networks of interconnected processes using clustering and graph analysis,

  • Lead development of solutions for simulation of data flow, error propagation and sensitivity analysis between various nodes in the network,

  • Integrate developed solutions within the metadata management system that represents company processes and their interconnections,

  • Translate results into insightful and actionable dashboards and present to various levels of managements in the organization.

What you have:

  • MA/MS degree in a technical or quantitative discipline and 5+ years of experience,

  • Experience with the software architecting and object oriented programming using C# .NET is required.
