Charles Schwab Relationship Solutions Group defines the representative experience and oversees the management of Schwab’s electronic channels and internal platforms used by Schwab service representatives and financial consultants. The group is responsible for providing tools, solutions and experiences that enable clients to achieve their financial objectives, while supporting the strategic growth of the firm. The group supports all of Schwab’s business enterprises and works with a wide range of internal stakeholders including technology, sales and service, strategy and marketing. The Desktop Solutions organization is responsible for the Sales, Service, Advice and Supervision platforms that support the client facing teams that serve Schwab clients. Our mission is to deliver an exceptional representative experience and enable the ability to establish, grow and solidify relationships with our clients. We are seeking a Senior Product Manager level resource to fill an eServices Product Management role. The eServices manager will actively partner with business, technology and enterprise platform partners to develop and execute a strategy and roadmap for eServices channels including chat and email.

What you’ll do:

The Chat and Online Communication Sr. Product Manager will develop and execute a chat and email channel strategy across the suite platforms that support financial services professionals.

You will have 4 primary responsibilities:

  • Develop the strategic roadmap: Deliver data-driven insights, producing recommendations and business cases to support actionable strategic direction and business prioritization to drive improvements to the delivery and quality of live chat and online communication channels.

  • Execute on business strategy: Leading and supporting projects with cross-functional partners, including channel organizations (branch network, service centers,, project management, marketing, operations, legal, and compliance.

  • People manager: Manage, organize, and oversee the daily operations and activities of the eServices team where some employees may not be co-located.

  • Optimize the current tool sets: Evaluate the current usage of the suite of online tools (co-browse, vides, texting…) to drive adoption and engagement.

What you have:

  • 7+ years of experience in financial services, wealth management, and/or retirement product/strategy/planning functions.

  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience managing and implementing projects to client facing organizations.

  • Demonstrated experience with chat and online communication channels 3-5 years of people leadership experience, preferably within financial service.
