Our Opportunity:

As a Kanban Lead Stakeholder (also known as a Business Analyst), you will work on a team that supports our Business Process Transformation (BPT). The mission of BPT is to make work easier for our clients and employees by simplifying key client processes, such as opening new accounts, wiring money, and transferring assets. Most of our work occurs in the Firm’s new workflow tool from Pega called MyQ, using Agile development methodologies. This position reports to the Senior Team Manager of BPT Production and Adoption Support and works with the “myQ maintenance team” to fix production defects and domain integration issues, and deliver security updates and business-requested enhancements.

What you’ll do:

  • Translate and prioritize business needs into robust technology requirements

  • Lead the definition of requirements, use cases, process flows, screen flows, and user interfaces

  • Document business requirements by writing user stories and acceptance criteria for developers to implement

  • Interact with and communicate product requirements to architects, engineers, development managers, product managers, testers, and a variety of other stakeholders

  • Identify dependencies across tech domains

  • Provide feedback and best practices for breaking down business processes

  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog of key production items that impact users across the company

What you have:

  • 5+ years experience in implementing technical solutions

  • Experience working in an Agile development environment required

  • Passion for driving constant process simplification and change - always asking “why”

  • Strong intellectual curiosity, especially for new technology

  • Demonstrated influencing skills; effective in building credibility and driving action with technology partners and key stakeholders (at all levels)

  • A record of effective execution with the ability to handle multiple concurrent tasks and perform well against deadlines

  • Excellent partnership skills, thriving while collaborating with business leaders to formulate plans and resolve issues or concerns

  • Desire, enthusiasm, and capability to develop and earn increasing responsibilities within Business Process Transformation

  • Knowledge of Pega software, JIRA/Confluence, a definite plus

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience required

This position can be filled in Lone Tree, CO, Austin, TX, Phoenix, AZ, or Orlando FL

Note This position will be filled at a GL 56 (Sr Specialist) or GL 58 (Sr Manager) based on background, experience and certifications.
