The Sales and Service Technology organization is forward leaning that follow agile methodologies. Our team is responsible for developing and maintaining CRM solutions on Salesforce platform with backend integration to several enterprise data domains. We're in the midst of re-architecting and rebuilding our CRM solutions on Salesforce platform to support our Retail, Advisor services and other business units.
We are looking for motivated developers to join our applications development team. This position calls for developing best practices software system to support our CRM implementations.
What you’ll do:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Analyze, Design and develop solutions on CRM Salesforce platform integrating with backend systems based on best practices Salesforce platform development and security standards
Sizing and estimates of design solutions, evaluate design options, assess risks/issues
Application change impact analysis
On-call responsibilities working with production support team to ensure 24x7 support to production systems
Actively collaborate with the team to implement application features, including design, development, review, integration, test, and deployment activities.
Be self-directed to work independently as well as with an extended, distributed team to deliver products in a timely manner.
Be comfortable to work in a fast-paced dynamic development environment that continually embraces the latest technologies and techniques.
What you have:
Proven experience in Salesforce design and development (1-2 years)
1 - 3 years’ experience working with distributed applications across the full development and operational support life cycle
Knowledge of Salesforce Configuration, Workflow, Triggers, Visualforce, Apex coding and batch
Experience implementing security and authentication in Salesforce
Good understanding of Salesforce platform features
Working knowledge of integrating Salesforce with other backend systems using Mulesoft or equivalent preferred
Exposure to Oracle, SQL scripts and Unix systems
Knowledge of Java/J2EE technology stack and distributed computing a big plus
Experience interfacing with other domain partners, including offshore vendor teams and internal groups
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development methodology
Working knowledge of using TFS/Jira for issue and project tracking
Experience working with geographically distributed teams, working collaboratively across team boundaries
Ability to effectively work in a fast-paced, dynamic agile environment
Demonstrated ability to multi-task on different projects
Salesforce development certifications strongly preferred
